**LAKE CHARLES PILOTS WINTER WEATHER NOTICE**

Due to the winter weather conditions affecting the roads and terminal operations, the Lake Charles Pilots have closed our Dispatch Office. Pilots re-opened the Dispatch Office on Tuesday morning at 0700. Presently, terminals are not requesting vessels to their berths or allowing line handlers to work on the frozen dock surfaces. The pilots are monitoring conditions and will resume services as soon as it is safe to do so. Head Dispatcher Eric Evans will have the dispatcher's emergency cell phone 337-540-6371 if any emergencies arise where pilots are needed.
