Offshore and Coastal Forecast:
Synopsis: Light to moderate onshore flow will prevail today before increasing overnight in advance of an approaching cold front. Isolated to scattered thunderstorms will develop across the coastal waters during the day Friday which will eventually congeal into a broad squall line Friday night into early Saturday with the frontal passage. Strong offshore flow will develop in the wake of the front late Saturday into Sunday before relaxing on Monday as high pressure once again settles over the region.

Southeast winds 15 to 20 knots. Seas 3 to 5 feet.
Friday
South winds 15 to 20 knots. Seas 3 to 6 feet with occasional seas up to 7 feet. Slight chance of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon.

South winds 15 to 20 knots. Seas 4 to 7 feet with occasional seas up to 8 feet. Chance of showers and thunderstorms in the evening, then showers and thunderstorms likely after midnight.
