Offshore and Coastal Forecast:
Synopsis: An elevated offshore flow behind another weak cold front will linger through this afternoon before approaching high pressure relaxes winds over the coastal waters. As the high moves east of the area by mid-week, southerly winds will return then strengthen as low pressure deepens over the Plains States. Showers and thunderstorms will become scattered to numerous by late Friday as the low pulls another cold front across the region.
